Tomato sauce, Butter & sage and Parmigiano sauce are the more delicates. Pesto, Ragù and Guanciale & cherry tomatoes have a richer, exquisite flavour.

Long or short, small or filled, you can choose between a wide variety of pasta formats, strictly handmade.
Gnocchi and Cavatelli are vegan.
Ravioli, Tagliatelle, Passatelli are vegetarian.
Tortellini are filled with meat.

Working exclusively with delivery (and pick-ups) allows us to adopt a lean workflow so we can guarantee our customers the shortest preparation time.
